Interest Intent Signaling Service (the “Service”). Based on our network of proprietary content communities, we will provide you with intent signals generated by companies and individuals that are exhibiting an interest in the products/services specific to your organization. On a bi-monthly schedule, you will receive a report that lists the companies generating the relevant intent signals with information that may include demographic information about such companies. The report will include a list of titles from the individuals at these companies that are generating the intent signals. From this report you will be able to select to receive contact information for the number of such contacts per month shown on your agreement. Contact information that you will receive for the selected individuals may include job title and other relevant demographic information. If you do not select the full number of contacts in any given month, you may roll it over to the following month but not beyond that period.
Service Fees. Fees for bi-monthly company/individual intent signals including a block of 10 contact signals are a non-refundable fee of $2,500 per month, cancellable at any time with 30-days’ notice. Additional blocks of 10 contact signals can be purchased for an additional $2,500 per month each. The fees for intent signal plans may change at any time at our discretion.
Payment. We only accept credit cards for payment of your Service Fees. The first month’s Service Fee will be charged on the date the order is signed by you and received by us. You must provide your credit card information with the signed order. Your Service begins when the first credit card payment is successfully processed. Subsequent monthly Service Fees including any subsequent upgrades added to your order will be charged to the credit card on file on the same day of each calendar month during the term that the service is active unless we receive a cancellation notice for the Service at least 30 days in advance of the date your credit card will be charged. All amounts will be charged in U.S. dollars.
Service Cancellation. Your Service is cancellable at any time with 30-day’s notice. To cancel, simply send an email with “cancel” in the subject line to: cancellations@aggregage.com. When you cancel your Service, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. Your Service intent signal benefits terminate 30 days from the date that your last credit card charge is received as described above.
Service Termination By Us. Our business may change over time, and we reserve the right to cancel the Service and any intent signal plan in whole or in part, and to terminate your use of the service at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in your membership unless we terminate your membership for conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates the terms, violates any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the service, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Agreement Changes. We may, at our discretion, change the terms of the Service without notice to you. If any change to the terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes and the remainder of the terms. Your continued use of the Service after we change the terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must not use the Service and must cancel as described above.
Service Ownership. As between you and us, all of the content, data generated by interaction with the content and all underlying and related intellectual property and associated proprietary rights used to generate the information included in the Service anywhere in the world shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Aggregage.
